3. Ordering & Sale Process

Orders are placed by submitting your name and phone number via the order form. Submission of the form is a request to purchase - it does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team contacts you by phone to confirm the order, you agree to proceed, and we confirm dispatch.

Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable charges stated at checkout. The current price of Lumalis Total Blend is $78.99 per pack of 90 capsules.

Payment is collected on delivery (cash-on-delivery). You pay the courier in cash or by card when your parcel is delivered. No payment is collected online at any stage.

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch - during the confirmation call or by contacting us by phone or email. You may also decline the parcel on delivery; the order will then be cancelled automatically.
