Estimated delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not from the date your order is placed. Dispatch follows phone confirmation of your order.
How Payment Works
Lumalis Total Blend is sold on a cash-on-delivery basis. When the courier arrives, you pay the order total - either in cash or by card. No credit card details are collected online and no payment is taken until your parcel is in your hands.
If you choose not to accept the parcel on delivery, the order is simply cancelled - there is no penalty or obligation.

Returns & Refunds

Step 2 - Pack & Post
Repack the item securely in its original packaging and post to our warehouse address (provided by email).
Step 3 - Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund is issued within 14 days.
